Thank you for visiting Baked Good Brands, a premier food manufacturer located in the suburbs of Chicago. We have developed a catalog of our own proprietary recipes, which we manufacture on-site both as white label offerings as well as under our own brands. Our focus is on developing robust business to business partnerships within niche markets and channels.

Our Products
We’ve developed a line of microwave-cooked cakes, affectionately known by many as “mug cakes,” packaged in single-serving sachets. These are easy to pour into a mug, mix with oil and water, and microwave. A hot dessert can be “baked” in as little as two minutes, enabling a new way to indulge and relax whenever the mood strikes, without the wait or mess.

Meet our mug brownie—ready in just two minutes, straight from your microwave.
We went a little hard on the cocoa – this little cake packs big chocolate flavor!
Made without gluten, our brownie offers a smooth fudgy texture and fills the room with a rich chocolate aroma – all without the mess and wait of a traditional brownie.
Perfect for a solo cozy movie night, sharing on date night, or sneaking a little treat once the kids are down. Whenever your moment hits, our brownie is ready!
Vanilla
Moist, rich vanilla cake with colorful sprinkles, mixed and cooked right in a coffee mug. The recipe is versitile and can be easily made with or without the included but separately packed sprinkles.
Going a step beyond other cakes that are, well, vanilla, we amplified ours with premium ground vanilla bean as well as vanilla extract. You can’t help but smile from all that vanilla warmth!
Just like our brownie, it’s made without gluten and ready in two minutes—no baking skills required. Open it, mix it, microwave it.

Blueberry Muffin
There’s nothing quite like a blueberry muffin in the morning – or any time, for that matter! Ours uses gluten-free flour and comes with a separate sachet of dried blueberries for that real-blueberry texture.
Wondering where the color comes from? We also use real blueberries in our mix, giving an intoxicating blueberry flavor in every bite. No colorings are used – this is all from the humble blueberry.
Strawberries & Cream
This one is something special – real strawberries come together in a rich and silky cake with the same fast and easy preparation of our other recipes.
Just like our blueberry muffin, the color in this cake comes from real strawberries in the mix itself – but we still include strawberry pieces for the bright burst of strawberry they bring.
